Rates and taxes:

All our prices are expressed in VAT.

We are micro-entrepreneurs not subject to VAT (articles 293B and 262 1° of the CGI).

Customs and import taxes

Any customs and import taxes are the responsibility of the buyers. Each buyer must find out about the import taxes set by his country.
ZG-jouetsbois- cannot be held responsible for delays or additional tariffs caused by customs.

Shipping rates:

Delivery in Metropolitan France, Corsica, Andorra and Monaco is free.

For all other destinations, the calculation of the amount of shipping costs according to the weight of the package is made directly when adding the different items to the basket.

Delivery delay:

Below are general carrier delivery times:

  • Metropolitan France, Corsica, Andorra, Monaco: 48h
  • European Union: 2 to 8 working days
  • Europe: 3 to 8 working days
  • International: 4 to 15 working days
  • Overseas: 10 to 30 working days

Shipping terms:

Deliveries are made only in countries where our carriers are established, ZG-jouetsbois- reserves the right to cancel a sale in the event that delivery cannot be assured.

Parcels to Metropolitan France, Corsica, Western Europe:
Parcels or envelopes weighing less than 250g are generally sent by letter followed by La Poste.
All other packages are generally shipped by Colissimo or other carriers (the most frequently used are La Poste, UPS, DHL, Mondial Relay and Colis Privé).

Parcels to Eastern Europe, Africa, Asia and America:

Parcels or envelopes weighing less than 250g are generally sent by La Poste International Tracked Letter.

Parcels of less than 5 kilos are sent by international colissimo, for any other size the choice is made on a case-by-case basis by ZG-jouetsbois- and always delivered against signature and with insurance.

General Shipping Recommendations:

In order to facilitate the delivery it is requested to provide the following complete information and to verify them: surname / first name / address / mobile number / e-mail. Any delivery not made due to incomplete or erroneous information cannot be blamed on ZG-jouetsbois-, the actual costs of reshipment are the responsibility of the customer and are not negotiable.

On the day your parcel is dispatched, ZG-jouetsbois- informs you by e-mail of the tracking number allowing you to follow the delivery. If you provided a mobile number, our delivery partner can send you an email or text to track your package.


Whatever the delivery method chosen by the buyer, ZG-jouetsbois- cannot be held responsible for: delivery times, in the event of loss/theft of the package, damage during transport. For the reasons mentioned above, you will have to contact the carrier and file a complaint with its services.

Upon receipt of the package:
We pay particular attention to the packaging of our products, but we kindly ask you to carry out a check upon receipt of your package.

In the presence of the deliverer and BEFORE signing , check the external condition and the contents of your package.
Notify precisely on the carrier's slip any anomaly (open, damaged, wet, hole, re-taped, missing product, broken...).
The mention "Subject to unpacking" has no legal value.

If the delivery person refuses that you take the time to open it, it is essential to indicate that you have been refused the possibility of checking the contents of the package in the box with your signature.

If the package is really in a bad condition and the interior is damaged, note it on the voucher and refuse the package.

Once your signature has been affixed without reservations notified, no dispute with the carrier can be initiated .
