Procedure for payment by administrative mandates

Are you a professional working for a public institution, hospital, town hall, school...?

We accept deferred payments of 30 days via administrative mandate with invoice submission on Chorus; here is the procedure:

  1. Send a quote request to contact@zgjouetsbois.com or by filling out the contact form below , specifying
    - the billing address
    - the delivery address
    - name of the order reference
    - desired items and quantity
    You will receive your quote within 24 hours along with our certified bank details and all our legal information to register us on Chorus.

  2. Return it to us:
    - stamped
    - date
    - sign
    - preceded by the words "approved for acceptance"
    - accompanied by your order form.

  3. Once we receive the accepted quote and the order form, your order will be prepared and shipped within 48 hours .
    You will receive an email with tracking information for your package and the invoice will be filed via Chorus.

  4. We would appreciate it if you could complete the payment within 30 days of receiving your order.
