Prices and taxes:

All our prices are inclusive of VAT.

We are micro-entrepreneurs not subject to VAT (articles 293B and 262 1° of the CGI).

Customs and import taxes

Any customs and import taxes are the responsibility of the buyers. Each buyer must inquire about the import taxes set by their country.
ZG-jouetsbois- cannot be held responsible for delays or additional charges caused by customs.

Delivery is free for all products and to all destinations.

Delivery times:

Below you will find the general delivery times of the carriers:

  • Metropolitan France, Corsica, Andorra, Monaco: 48 hours
  • European Union: 2 to 8 business days
  • Europe: 3 to 8 business days
  • International: 4 to 15 business days
  • Overseas: 10 to 30 business days

Shipping methods:

Deliveries are made only in countries where our carriers are located, ZG-jouetsbois- reserves the right to cancel a sale in the event that delivery cannot be ensured.

Parcels destined for Metropolitan France, Corsica, Western Europe:
Parcels or packages weighing less than 250g are generally sent via La Poste Tracked Letter.
All other parcels are generally shipped via Colissimo or other carriers (the most frequently used are La Poste, UPS, DHL, Mondial Relay and Colis Privé).

Parcels destined for Eastern Europe, Africa, Asia and America:

Parcels or packages weighing less than 250g are generally sent via International Tracked Letter by La Poste.

Parcels under 5 kilos are shipped via Colissimo International, for any other size the choice is made on a case-by-case basis by ZG-jouetsbois- and always delivered against signature and with insurance.

General shipping recommendations:

To facilitate delivery, please provide and verify the following complete information: name / surname / address / mobile number / email address. ZG-jouetsbois- cannot be held responsible for any delivery that fails due to incomplete or incorrect information; the actual reshipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-negotiable.

On the day your package is shipped, ZG-jouetsbois- will inform you by email of the tracking number, allowing you to track your delivery. If you provided a mobile phone number, our delivery partner can send you an email or text message with your package's tracking information.


Regardless of the delivery method chosen by the buyer, ZG-jouetsbois- cannot be held responsible for delivery delays, loss/theft of the package, or damage during transport. For the reasons mentioned above, you must contact the carrier and file a claim with their customer service department.

Upon receipt of the package:
We take great care in packaging our products, but we ask that you please check them upon receipt of your package.

In the presence of the delivery person and BEFORE signing , carefully check the external condition and contents of your package.
Clearly note any anomalies on the carrier's slip (open, damaged, wet, torn, re-taped, missing product, broken...).
The phrase "Subject to unpacking" has no legal value.

If the delivery person refuses to let you take the time to open it, be sure to indicate that you were refused the opportunity to check the contents of the package in the box where you sign.

If the package is in very poor condition and the inside is damaged, note it on the delivery slip and refuse the package.

Once your signature has been affixed without reservations notified, no dispute with the carrier can be initiated .
