All products sold by ZG-jouetsbois- are made exclusively and entirely by hand in our workshop. They may therefore show signs of burning or minor irregularities due to the manual process. Wood is a living material with its own unique characteristics; it reacts to variations in temperature, humidity, and load, and can therefore change throughout its lifespan.

I accept returns, exchanges and cancellations without any problem.

Return the items in their original packaging within 7 days of delivery.
A cancellation can be requested within 2 to 4 hours of purchase. Please note that no cancellation will be accepted if the order has already been processed.
The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
Once received, an inspection of the goods will be carried out; any damage to the item will result in a reduction of the refund amount.
